General settings

Option Function
Do not show system requests The program will ignore the system sessions. Like sessions without the username
Do not show local PC users The program will ignore all users from the local computer, i.e. computer address is 127.0.0.1
Do not save history Check on it if you don't want the sessions history to be saved.
Do not log opened files Check on it if you don't want log the opened files.
Launch SessionsMonitor on startup If checked, the SessionsMonitor will start at system startup.
Use Black/White list Use the Black or White list.

Users (On new user event)

Set the events that must be invoked on new user has been logon your PC.

Send e-mail notifications Send the message by e-mail. You must input E-mail setting before use this event!

E-mail settings

Option Function
E-mail address Input here the e-mail address. E.g. john@yahoo.com
SMTP server Input the SMTP address of your SMTP server. E.g. smtp.mail.yahoo.com
Send daily report at hh:mm Check on this option if you need daily reports by e-mail. The report is sent at hh:mm. E.g. 23:30. 

Report settings

Option Function
Web-based report path and filename Input a path and filename to the report file. The filename must have *.html or *.htm extension. If you specify just filename, the current program folder will be used.
Auto update the report Check on this option if you need auto-update of the report. So the report will be always actual.
Limit report You can set the time limit for the report. So old records will be removed automatically.

Black list

Black list is list of users to be blocked. Such users encounter a difficulty with copying files from your computer.

Button Function
Add user Adds an user to the Black list
Remove user Removes the selected user from the Black list
Clear Clears the Black list

White list

White list is list of "allowed" users. Other users will be blocked and encounter a difficulty with copying files from your computer.
