1. On the toolbar, click Options ()

 On the Traffic menu, select Options...

2. The dialog appears. Select a Network Card to monitor (use the combobox). Also check needed options. After you press "OK" button, the main program window title shows new IP address (of the selected network card) to monitor.

3. If there are network activity, you'll see new line in the list. Each line contains: remote host address and name (if available), upstream and downstream traffic, local source. Local source column means: in Windows XP and higher - process name and ID, or protocol type. In windows NT/2000 - protocol type.
